Retirement Savings - 401(k)
Take advantage of our Safe Harbor 401(k) plan. You may elect pre-tax or post-tax Roth plan contributions and gain additional contributions from Yokohama. We match $1 per $1 up to the first 4% each employee elects to contribute to either 401(k) plan. Employees are eligible to contribute on the first day of the month following 30 days of service and are 100% vested in company contributions immediately.
